Groups Dynamics

Happy New Year Leaders!,

2012 is going to be a good one! It’s so interesting to look back on the groups we are currently a part of and the groups we used to affiliate with. These groups not only say a lot about ourselves, but also a lot about the dynamics of the group itself. Some groups vary in their mission. Some groups come together to execute a task, others come together for social reasons. Finally, some membership that we claim may not be our choice at all, ie: our family.
